Re-cladding and re-building deteriorated structure.
As part of the sub-contract team to Scope Projects, we stripped off old compromised cladding on the block of apartments, demolished rottenned timber frame. Build new structure compliant with current Building Code regulations. Cladding substrate/air barrier was installed by us, the specialist cladding (composite board on aluminium cavity profiles) was installed by Insite Aluminium.
We also re-insulated and re-lined interior walls and ceilings, replaced all the windows and doors with new ones. Last stage was installing new finishing lines (architraves, skirtings etc.).
Project was conducted under the supervision of Consultant/Engineer (Alexander & Co).
The job dates back to 2008-2009.
